Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop (about 25g) vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 2/3 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Add oats, protein powder, and chia seeds to a jar or container.
- Pour in milk and stir in Greek yogurt until fully combined.
- Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if using.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.
- Stir before eating and top with your favorite mix-ins.
Variations to Try
- Peanut butter banana: stir in 1 tbsp peanut butter and top with sliced banana.
- Berry almond: top with mixed berries and a handful of sliced almonds.
- Cocoa coconut: add 1 tsp cocoa powder to the base and top with shredded coconut.
