  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add oats, protein powder, and chia seeds to a jar or container.
  2. Pour in milk and stir in Greek yogurt until fully combined.
  3. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if using.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.
